We absolutely loved the breakfast, spa, and swimming pools at this hotel. The staff at the pool, spa, and breakfast were all amazing and made our stay even better!

The room was potentially great ( we had some issues) and lovely hotel in many ways. Good underground parking. Great outside area by the pools. Nice and quiet with off-season.
shower fell off the wall within one hour - they opened the upstairs shower for us and our lighting kept going out with the card reader. they changed the cards and fixed the shower but the lighting was still broken and they never offered to move us. the beach is set with a huge industrial port alongside it which is offputting. Off season food choice really bad especially for vegetarians.

Sincerely, it was an excellent stay. We loved the food and service. Restaurant el racco was set 5 minutes walk away. The hotel was very close to Alcampo.

stayed at grand palas, exceeded expectations. loved the spacious room, amazing spa, outdoor pool, and gardens. felt like a quiet paradise away from the hustle and bustle. staff was helpful and friendly. overall fantastic experience.
Gym closed too early.

No drawers to accomodate small items eg.UNDERWARE,SOCKS Etc.,we had to leave these in our suitcases. no trouser press,no full length mirror

I had a wonderful stay at Gran Palas Hotel. The hotel's facilities were impressive, especially the outdoor pools with slides and the beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful with a wide variety of options. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The spa facilities are excellent and well looked after. The life guard cover exemplary. Well laid out gardens and plenty of sun beds. Just across the road is the beach with good sand.
The hotel played the same set of music again and again at a volume that made it unescapable. It is too near to huge packed holiday camp type hotels but that is the area. These detract from it's aura of elegance.

The room had a nasty smell on arrival (pipe-like). It took a while for it to go (looks like the room was closed for a while).

Amazing hotel experience. The spa was incredible with fire and ice pools. The staff, especially Olga, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room and balcony were gorgeous. I highly recommend this hotel.

The services and infrastructure of Spa are very good
We sent 5 emails to the receptions and the service desk of spa and they never replied. Called 3 times in different days and only picked up the last time. Service of the reception is not very friendly but in Spa very good.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with a lovely beach just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
The morning meal could use some improvement, with more variety and options available to guests.

The spa is incredible! The rooms are quite spacious, they have a balcony that faces the beach and there's a huge bath in the bathroom. The area is very quite in winter, so if you want to relax, it's a great choice. The breakfast was delicious as well.
